Welcome to The Star Tarot. By booking a reading or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Code of Ethics. Please read them carefully before purchasing a service.

1. Legal Disclaimer
  • Entertainment Purposes: In accordance with consumer protection laws, all tarot readings provided by The Star Tarot are legally classified as being for entertainment and educational purposes only.
  • No Professional Advice: Tarot readings do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The Star Tarot does not diagnose illnesses, provide legal counsel, offer financial investment advice, or pregnancy. For these matters, please consult a licensed professional.
  • Client Free Will: You maintain absolute free will. Any actions taken or decisions made by you based on your reading are your sole responsibility. The Star Tarot is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your interpretation or application of the reading.

2. Scope of Practice & Boundaries
  • Restricted Topics: I do not answer questions regarding specific medical diagnoses, exact dates of death, legal outcomes, or gambling/lottery numbers.
  • Third-Party Readings: I do not read on third parties without their explicit consent (e.g., checking on an ex’s thoughts). Readings must focus on you, your personal path, and your growth.
  • No Magical Services: I provide intuitive guidance and divination. I do not perform spells, hexes, or curse removals, nor do I charge extra fees to alter your future or remove bad luck.

3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
  • Payment: Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the booking fee.
  • Refunds: Once a reading has been completed (either live or delivered via email/video), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Code of Ethics & Privacy
  • Confidentiality: Your privacy is sacred. All information shared during a reading is kept completely confidential and will never be shared, sold, or discussed, except where required by law (e.g., if there is an imminent threat of harm to yourself or others).
  • Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If I feel I cannot energetically connect with you or if a question violates my ethical boundaries, I will cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading, or have the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Delivery & Logistics
  • Turnaround Time: For written, email, or recorded video readings, your completed reading will be delivered to your provided email address within 3 to 5 business days of payment and question submission.
  • Recordings: You are permitted to record audio or video of our live session for personal use. You may not distribute, publish, or sell these recordings publicly without written consent from The Star Tarot.
